I hate Saying Goodbye

Dear Grand Daddy’s, Daddy’s, Bois, and Beloved Supporters,

Over the past year, it's been an honor walking alongside you—building strength, finding emotional clarity, and creating a space that celebrates who we are as a vibrant and diverse community. Grand Daddy Life was created as a safe haven to uplift, connect, and remind us all of the power and beauty of our shared experiences.

But after our recent outreach asking for support, the silence was loud. No responses. No engagement. And despite many signing up for the newsletter, most didn’t open or read it.

It’s tough to admit, but it’s clear many have chosen not to engage with what we’ve worked so hard to build. And as a result, Grand Daddy Life will be shutting down on September 16, 2025. The website will go offline, though we’re still considering whether to keep the TikTok channel active.

This isn’t just about one platform—it’s about community. And we are losing ours. Not just digitally, but spiritually, emotionally, and even physically. Our voices are being silenced, and spaces like this are vanishing. If we don't support each other, who will?

Please, take this moment to reflect on how we care for our community. Let this not be just another project that disappears quietly, but a reminder of what we could build together when we show up for each other.
